I'll take the 2-ball ghost over most players in a race to 10, providing they break full speed and don't get ball in hand after the break.

Why does anyone have to break full speed in any game? That's like saying I'll take the 5 ball ghost against any pro on the planet, providing they have to use their jump cue for the entire set.
It's not like that at all. With two balls the breaker could just herd the balls over and over. A full speed break would ensure randomness.
So I would most likely just bump the balls toward the bottom two pockets, and leave whitey somewhere in the same area.
There's no rule in pool stating that you need to break the balls at full speed.

The 2 ball ghost is a cheap weasel and a nit , don't be like him.
