Can this "void" be filled with Clear Finish ?

I recently bought a cue from Vhante and it looks and plays great ... Everything is straight, together and apart, and no wierd noises when hitting the CB ...

My problem (albiet small) is this : There is a tiny "void" (air bubble ?) in the finish where the forearm meets the handle (wrapless cue) and I am hoping I can drill it with a tiny Jet Drill (for automotive carburetor jets) and inject a small amount of Clear Finish to fill this "void" ...

Please bear in mind that the actual "void" is no larger than 3mm and is perfectly smooth to the touch ...

Should I just leave it alone, or is it possible to repair the defect myself ?

Thank You in advance for your advice ...

No...no!!! Let him drill & inject it.:D
Too funny Kevin.

Seriously speaking however, if you do it yourself, take before and after pics so that we can get a good laugh...uh...errr, I mean uhhh...look at it with a professional eye to see the results. Professionally speaking of course. :D

Very seriously speaking, if it bothers you that much, take or send it to a professional my friend.

a good cuemaker might be able to spot finish it. ive had a few collars changed without a complere refinish but a blend

if its new i would say send it back. although the maker might say u banged it while playing and its on you. ive seen finish bubble from a bang but not chip.

if it doesnt bother you leave it. its your weapon and its gonna get some battle scars
