Just got back from the BCA Nationals the other day and saw this on Facebook. I guess Ozzy’s wife commented on the thread and banned the guy from anything BCA related and also stripped him of his league operator status for whatever territory he’s in.

That seems like a pretty extreme reaction to what looked like some pretty tame criticism and feedback on an event.

I've heard too many tales of this nature regarding CSI's 'handling' of issues. That guy's post was FAR from being out-of-bounds imo.
 
We have NAPA here, South Central PA. I'm not really a League Guy, but I actually don't mind it. I really like the Pro Singles Leagues. Seems the handicap system is pretty fair. Brian.

Isn't that standard with the Oz?

There was another thread on here from last year I believe where the guy got into with the Oz and got banned.

Don’t air out your dirty laundry with an organization known for overreacting to criticism, if you want to keep your job with them. CSI has banned players for competing in rival events, of course they’ll strip your territory for slinging mud on Facebook.

Regrettably, this is what things have come to.

You don't like what someone is saying about you, and you have the stick... you cudgel them to death to silence them and anyone else vaguely thinking of speaking their mind. It is the sign of a thin skin and that you're probably doing something wrong but don't have enough of the moral high ground to take a stand and debate your case in a logical fashion.

It is the stance of an unprincipled bully.

Why does CSI not have representation on this forum, if they do, why do they never respond to criticism or posts about how they handle these situations...except like a small child, and ban them for expressing their OWN views. Pathetic

If memory serves, Ozzy was banned from AZ about 15 years ago. That, or he banned himself after getting a bunch of shit thrown at him from members. Maybe someone else remembers better.
