Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Recovery & Shooting Pool

Add in Tumeric, the wonder drug. It cured my arthritic condition (severe bursitis) in a month or so. I take it daily now. Make sure you get some with Curcuminoids! It's a vitamin (no prescription necessary), but it can be pricey. It's worth it!

I just did a little research on Tumeric with Curcuminoids . Apparently it helps just about any medical condition. Thanx for the hook up.

Think everyone's condition is different. , mine mainly affected me while I saw sleeping. Fingers would ache. I wore a brace which helped some. I had the surgery 15-20 years ago and was back to work in a couple weeks. No more aches and hand strength returned. Funny how they tested for this. They connect probes on your arm and measure how long it takes the voltage to go from point A to B. I always joke about this because it was like a toughman contest to see how much pain you could take as they increase the voltage. Then they wanted to do my other arm for comparison. I told them nope your crazy. I would do one hand at a time. You know so you can wipe your butt and stuff. Guess that was the worse part. Trying to wipe my butt with my opposite hand. Other than that I was quite happy with my results.

Howdy All;

Worst case example, had both hands effected by both Carpel Tunnel and Ulnar Nerve
syndrome. CTS makes the thumb, index and about half of the middle finger tingle and
The UNS causes the small, ring and the other half of the middle finger tingle. Had been
a mechanic and truck driver most of my adult life and still have a time of trying to
straighten all of my fingers all the way out. Ok, here's the spooky part, had the VA do
the surgery 4 years ago. Left side first then Right side 6 weeks later. No physical therapy
was offered or given, asked by a Dr. after dressings were removed fro the second arm
what I did for the therapy for the first arm and I told him I like to tye flies and fly fish.
Couldn't fish with 1 arm so I'd been learning to tye flies with the wrong hand ... and
was looking forward to tying them again with the Right hand. Now I don't tye bigger
flies sizes 8,6,4,2,or larger. I like as do the fish the smaller ones 18,20,22, & 24
sometimes even a 26 .

Other then having some minor issues with the elbows, the wrists and fingers have
been mostly trouble free. I do not tye for hours on end nor do I do much for hours on
end. Gettin' to elderly for that crap. Life in small doses is better then most give it
credit.

Just my 2 pennies worth.

yeah my mother had to carry a gallon jug with her pinkie and ring finger becuase she couldn't bend her hands, i will get hand elbow and shoulder pain from pinched nerves in my lower neck.

she was recommended by a few surgeons to go ahead spend the 20k so i took her to my PT.....routine of MSM, krill oil, cell salts, and physical therapy and readdressing her motions.....that was like 5-6 years ago and its been good ever since, i'm actually much worse when it pops up but i just get them to loosen that muscle in my neck off that nerve...and itll move slap up my arm to elbow then shoulder then to my scapula....then its to a little neck crick and poof shit is gone.

Id recommend Physical therapy over surgery and chiro work any day.
