We're talking about a CORRECT follow-thru, it doesn't require a 3C tables! :banghead::banghead::banghead:
YOUR pendulum stroke analogy is INCORRECT!
So, according to that analogy, if a player banks the CB to the short cushion with center ball to pocket a ball in an opposite corner, the path of the CB won't be effected by the downward follow-thru!

 . You don't have to follow thru very far to have your tip follow to the cloth or continue level if you drop your elbow. Neither is a FAULT, it's a preference. Some pros have a pendulum swing, others don't. There are many times in a game where you can't follow thru at all. or only an inch or so, or you might foul. You have to use common sense, but neither is a fault!
