You got 2000 as the smallest share of the stake and I got nine hours of professionally produced video with qualified commentary on addition to five months of logo impressions created "organically" through your campaign to capture my attention and take me away from training. Your activity pays me dividends year after year after year. A guy like me who shows heart gets far more respect than someone like you who had to be cattle-prodded into playing and then got the smallest payout for your effort.

And despite your efforts CTE is more popular than ever. Nice try though, you get a jar that you labeled John's soul for your effort and I got the Porsche. Thanks.

And, when it comes to souls, you sold yours for $2000. You shook my hand and we agreed to let it go and a week later you reneged on that. Just as you did the time before after you approached me at Derby and we agreed to be cool with each other.

You entered into a conspiracy to "hustle" me and all you got was 2k and it has to bug you deep down that you actually helped me to promote my business and you helped to promote Center to Edge aiming. You will never admit it anyway but I think I am right on the nose here.

You can stop at not a tax attorney. You don't get to classify my business activity. Had I chosen to report the payout to Lou of $10,000 in cash, which he likely didn't report either, then I would have likely been able to give the IRS enough information for them to follow up.

You can certainly call the IRS and report my failure to report the transfer of $10,000 to Lou if you want to. Regardless of what you believe about what and how a business can claim and classify for expenses the fact remains that I paid Lou $10,000 and for him it is considered income. How he would deal with it and the division of funds to his "backers" would be between them and the IRS.

Here is the fun part, regardless of tax considerations I spent 10k and got five months of marketing out of it as well as years of continuing marketing benefit. You and lou can pretend that that's not worth anything but I think you know that isn't true.
