Nope that was a nose-open gambling loss. And it wasn't 50-60k (that amount is between myself and the people I lost to) And I was quite open about it as I am with pretty much everything in my pool life. Can't win what you don't put into the middle. You would never have the opportunity to win that much because you are scared to bet anything.

Wasn't intended to be a showcase. Smart people easily understand that having a perfectly objective aiming system doesn't mean that all of the other needed skills will improve to the needed levels.

Everyone is paid. Funny that despite that hard loss we have grown even more and have made more than the previous year. Almost like getting tons of attention while showing heart and real talk in the sport we love pays off......

Thank you for helping us to get here. Without your endless devotion to me and willingness to play the role of antagonist I would have far less brand impressions on this forum.

John - If you want a perfect example of how I always say that CTE users make the ball with subconscious adjustments this shot is a perfect example. I have to assume you are using CTE on this shot, of course, but when you hit the shot your cue points in a direction completely different from your set up/warm up strokes. Doesn't this make you think twice about how CTE actually works? Not even a little bit?

Here is you recreating the shot to tell me how great you think it was. I was actually happy that you thought it was great. Then later on one pocket.org they dissected it and the general consensus was that it was a terrible shot.

I was quite proud of it even though I didn't hit it like I wanted to and you got out of it fairly easily. I didn't know that you thought I was coached and that you thought I chose the shot on the advice of the person you thought was coaching me. Afterward when you revealed that THIS was THE SHOT that convinced you I was being coached I was extra pissed because I was quite pleased with my choice there UNTIL I saw the logic in the criticism of it on OnePocket.org. The fact is you are simply wrong and the video of the match proves it. Regardless we discussed it and you shook my hand and we agreed to be peaceful and I honored that UNTIL you stabbed me in the back AGAIN a week later. You are truly a dishonorable person Lou.


Furthermore here is the WHOLE shot sequence as originally played. I was NOWHERE near anyone else who could have told me what to do. I WAS trying to do some Efren-Legend-Clever move trying to trap the cueball between the balls.


Pat Fleming didn't think much of the shot as it prompted him to say something to the commentators about choosing to not be on 7 by taking a foul here.

The fact is that the ONLY people who thought it was a good shot was me, you and the two commentators, one of whom barely plays one pocket. The guy you think was coaching me would have berated me mercilessly for taking that shot.

It's hilarious the lengths you will go to in order to come up with some excuse for not beating me by a larger margin. You simply are not as good as you think you are and a goofy guy like me was a threat to you. That's the MAIN reason that you ducked me every time I asked you to play again afterward. As Spidey said.....anyone who honestly thought they had the nuts would have gone anywhere on earth to play me. I offered to play you for $20,000 in OKC and you ducked. I am very sure that you didn't like the idea of finding out what happens if I were to train correctly. But now we will NEVER know because you did indeed queer the opportunity for a larger payday.

Again, THANK YOU for the opportunity to get more logo impressions out there. As much as I dislike you I am grateful that you want to keep this going and provide the opportunity for me and my brand to be the center of attention. I love being the center of attention but I need for people like you to continually "attack" me to keep the conversation going. Thank you very very much for the google juice. I was using backhand english Dan. The shot line was chosen using CTE and the spin was right side. I have shown this many times in my videos. But I choked up the stroke and ended up not adding enough side spin to break up the balls. Dan, I have put way more more thought into CTE and objective aiming systems than you ever have. I have taken EVERY aspect seriously, I have addressed every concern and criticism FOR MYSELF first before I ever try to answer those questions on video. But beyond that even if I were to "steer" some shots that doesn't mean that CTE is not valid. It means that I did something wrong. My whole pool life up until learning objective aiming was to steer shots using body english. I was taught to add "helping spin" while learning in South Florida. So I have a TON of bad habits to break and when this match came up I reverted to the very worst of my form on many of the shots I took. If you were here in person I would easily prove to you that CTE works without steering.

Why don't you analyze Tyler's videos or Phil Burford, or Landon Shuffett and show where they are "steering" the shots? You don't pick on people with great fundamentals for some reason. The one time you tried to do it with one of Stan's videos I broke it down frame by frame to see if you were right and you were not. If you ever did actually learn how to use CTE you would understand that the level of objectivity we report is clear.

I miss easy shots. I am anatuer player. But at least I don’t look like someone stuck a hot poker up my butt when I shoot.

And for the record: I have never called myself a great player.

I will confess that I don’t recall exactly what I said on this issue seven years ago.

However, what I think I would have said is that it was an advanced BUT the wrong shot given the score. You should not have taken yourself off the hill.

AND, I believe I would have said that it was a shot that clued me off that something was up. IOWs, maybe Dennis Spears didn’t tell you to shoot that shot and you dreamt it up all on your own but it got me wondering and I started watching your corner snd saw and heard you getting coached on subsequent shots.

And I wasn’t 25’ away.

If you believe I said something to the contrary, please quote me in context.

Not for lack of heart when I play they don't. These discussions help my sales so again thank you for volunteering your time to keep my logo on front of viewers.
