You are responsible to claim the prize. You have been notified in this thread about the result. I was supposed to give out one X347, but ended up offering three.
I am giving away few cues for free with overnight shipping paid for and everything, I am not going to chase you to accept it. If you really wanted a X Breaker, you would have checked this thread. I specified when the contest would end, and when I would announce the winner. Everyone seemed to understand that except you.
I posted the names of the winners here, and everyone else claimed their prize within hours. They all knew it was their responosbility to follow the thread and claim the prize...except you.
Now, rather than asking me if I could make an exception for you, you chose to send me an email(our first correspondance) to accuse me saying I should have notified you of the result in private. You then sent me our second correspondance to accuse me of running a contest but did not want to pay the prize, then you said I conduct my business poorly...I do not consider these accusation even worth responding to.
I will not make an exception for you or anyone else who failed to claim their X347, my deadline was clearly stated in this thread for you and everyone else to read. It would not be fair to those who have paid attention and replied on time. I do not have to notify you other wise. I am sorry you have missed your chance.

It is unfortunate that you would bring this before a public forum. I chose to address you in private on this matter. I also see that you left out your prior email where you gave no explanation other than the cue was no longer available. It is not an unreasonable assumption that the winner of a contest be notified of the win and how to claim the prize as is the common practice in most professionally run contests. Not informing the contestants that they need to monitor the contest thread in order claim their prize is an uncommon way of conducting a contest.

You are implying that I am incapable of understanding your convoluted methods of running a contest. Next time please include in your rules that the winning contestant should be the one who has to chase you down to claim the prize.
