cheap sets at SBE - message me

I heard you are nice at one pocket, so were gonna play some cheap 10-6 one hole, if you clobber me to bad I get the break after a few games sir.

Once I found the bar and the after parties I would catch Allen with more time. And getting a story had become a running joke between us.

So anyway finally I got him in the right position and frame of mind and got my story.

Allen was on the road with a fresh stakehorse. Good backer but green about life on the road. The first night out Allen gets a guy into a game for small stakes, say $10 a game or so and it escalates until Allen has won 5k.

The next night they are at a different pool room and again Allen starts out with a small stakes game. The backer pulls Allen off to the side and says, "why are you playing for chump change when we won 5k last night?"

Allen says, "We didn't make the room rent today yet."

I will try some. I don't have any hustle in me so I don't mind trying to outrun the nuts for lunch money.

Just sucks there are very few big tables at SBE.
Maybe you can convince the 14.1 people to loan out their big tables for a little one pocket action.

Is the legend going to the Expo?

hopefully I will have some time each night to drink a few and play a game or two.

Well normally we have a little nightly party at the Fury booth where we have one or two big tables but I think that this is not possible this year due to the layout and the rules. From what I understand the show floor is locked down after 8pm and that's it.

I doubt that the 14.1 tables will even be available for anything but the challenge. At least I hope it's not. I hope that their table is booked solid with challengers from beginning to end.

Well, at least there are pool rooms close.

I don't know the directions, but I've been to a few rooms in the area. I'm sure a local could point the way. Or even a GPS.

Markley Billiards will be open 24 hours til sunday..They will be having 15 dollar entry tournaments at 830 and 1230 every night..13 gold crowns..I dont know the address but they r not far..Maybe 6 or 8 miles fron the expo center..

Just got back from the venue. Lots of tables. We are set up right next to the pay section. Seems like there are no 9 ft tables available to the public for action. Some in the vendors booths. We have a 7 footer this year and no 9 footer. Also looks like we might be open until about midnight each night so I guess that puts me out of action unless it's on our table or near our booth.

No time to travel to any other places to play.
 
Anyone want to play? The action area was a little intimidating putting the quarters up and such haha.. on the down time been playing my buddies that are still in and after hours with them and the local guys that came up.

If anyone wants to setup a time to play on an available table let me know.. cheap set or a beer or something..nothing serious.. haven't played long but will give u a run for your money.
