I know this is the wrong forum again but this is the only forum I post to. Check out my new Sugartree that is made from very rare Brazillian Ebony and curly Koa cue. It has one melamine shaft that is 13.08mm and 3.86 ounces. The second shaft has the new "Yellow Micarta" ferrule and is 13.06 mm and 3.88 ounces. Both have unbelievable shaft wood. The melamine ferrule hits with a very nice "tink" and is unbelievably solid. The "Micarta" also hits firm but not quite as firm as the melamine. The butt has very good figure in both woods. Mr. Crisp sure knows how to pick them because these match up great. I have never seen wood with so much depth to it. The butt weighs right in at 15.09 ounces and has very nice balance. Overall the best playing cue I have picked up by far. Eric is a great guy and a super person to deal with.

P.S. I also still have that fury jump/break for sale if anybody is interested.
Unless you have a nice Scruggs to offer, I do not wanna trade cues...
Richard

Thanks Joe!

It's is a great cue... I was pleasantly surprised by the feel of the "Micarta" ferrule with the hard superpro tip, makes a great combination. Let me know if you run across what I'm looking for Joe...

Very nice cue Richard.

Another great looking cue from Eric. His blending of different woods and ringwork is beautiful.

I have to agree with axjunkie everything just flows togather , wood and rings all just work togather real nice. A simple but beutiful cue, no inlays are needed. I just might lose a Schon over this yet. When you are REAL tired of it let me know. Jim

Thanks

Thanks to everybody for all the compliments! Jim you know I have only owned that particular Schon twice before...

Couldn't agree more. Just curious is the handle cored. Always liked Koa ( soft? )but really know little about it.

????

I don't think it is cored, but you may ask Eric himself (Qbilder) and he might shed some light.

no no no

I am not looking to trade it away... I have just gotten bunches of pm's with offers. Instead of responding I am just gonna say unless you have a really nice scruggs (which is the only trade I would consider) don't bother.
