Check out my New Southwest Inspired Miranda Cue!!

Fast N Loose... .try getting this cue for me for $500 and I'll buy all of them.. this cost me over 1 G Notes... There was one on ebay that is similar that was sold for $750 plus $60 shipping and it was not even close to the one that I have. Not to mention, I will have 2 very tight grain shafts that are 14 plus rings for this cue...making it playing tight and stiff like a southwest. The cue will also be retapper to the exact specification of a southwest cue. Also most of miranda cue are turn out very fast, my cues has been at his shop for a long while to make sure that the wood settle each time they cut it. The $500 cues that miranda sell are lower end cue and he doesn't core the cue with the quality laminated wood used on his higher end cue. The core used for those cue are 3 piece of wood...also you won't find real ivory in the joint or butt cap. This cue used almost half a Kilo of ivory which alone is worth quite a lot. Have you play or hit with a Miranda cue before?? If you did you will realize that the money spend on a Miranda cue is well worth the money especially for a player...who getting a true custom handcrafted cues for less than $500 that plays like any $1000 or more american made cue. Yes it hit that good!! Don't agree...ask anyone who own one.

Yeah..it does look like more of a Dishaw now.

Regards,
Duc.

I'M SURE YOUR RIGHT...........I WOULDN'T BUY AN OVERSEAS CUE ANYWAY, SO I SHOULDN'T HAVE EVEN REPLIED TO THE THREAD............ MY MAIN POINT IN THE POST WAS ACTUALLY THAT IT WAS NOWHERE NEAR A 5000.00 CUE. MAYBE I WENT A LITTLE LOW BY SAYING 500, BUT I'M SURE THAT THERE ARE MANY POSTERS HERE ON AZ, THAT WOULD AGREE WITH ME, THAT IT WOULD BE A TOUGH SALE, FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN 500. MY COMMENTS WEREN'T AN INSULT TO YOUR CUE. THEY WERE MORE IN RESPONSE TO THE RIDICULOUS POST THAT IT WOULD BE A 5000 DOLLAR CUE.

Cuemaster98 is right at what he says....yes they do have a good hit but they warp like a 2 dollar whore(even the high end ones)!! the prices that you spit out I have seen some high one but I have seen some shady shit also!!! HINT HINT>>>>I have called you out before Cuemaster98 on your dumb uses with miranda cues!! Trying to sell them on ebay for double the price that you bought them for!! I can always go find the cues!! But anyways I would not buy a high end Miranda...1. It will never be worth shit and 2. It still will not be worth shit!!:D

Chris... as I said before I made a deal with Miranda on that cue...it sold on ebay for $300...anyway..have you seen any miranda cue selling for $175 lately? If you can get one, I'll buy them off you even if it warp like a 2 dollar whore...haha.

As for the value of a Miranda...well time will tell. I just got my JossWest Inspired Miranda fixed and it's now perfect and it hit awesome not to mention it look amazing with the white and green linen wrap. Will post it once the refinish is completed.

I'll buy anyone Miranda cue for less than $200!! Doesn't matter if they are warped.

Regards,
Duc.

well here is a little advice for ya!!! don't try to sale these period!! if you want to buy it so be it but if ya try and sale it here I am going to call ya out about quality of materials!! If you would pay 200 for a warped Miranda ......I am not going to make a comment on that anyways. I say you need to keep saying those unfinished Predator sneakies and not this trash!!

Playing around a high end custom cue board with this stuff is going to give you a bad name!!;)

Jimbo,

I'm getting an Miranda inspired Miranda cue!!LOL..you're reading my mind!!

Miranda so far has 4 unique cues that are unique to Miranda in term of styles and they are extra beautiful.

The European Dragon is beautiful full amboyna burl blank with ivory inlay of dragons....a recent Miranda has inlayed sterling silver swords eched...it was breathless....wish I had bought it....sold for cheap as hell too. Oh well...

I am going to have Miranda team make me a custom Amboyna warpless cue with inlayed silver of exotic dragons eched and silver pheonix bird as points in the forearm with ivory and gold.. This will not be anything that have been done before and will be my showpiece cue as well as Miranda Team of skilled craftsman!! The butt sleeve will be cored ivory with smaller eched dragon and pheonix sliver inlayed.....the handle will be separated by exotic ivory ring work with detail sterling silver. This cue will be built right and will probably take a year to complete!! Best of all, it won't cost me $10000 to make it. Hahaha.

Miranda make quality cues....I don't think there are many if any cuemaker is NA that will be able to make the kind of cues these guys make by hands. I've talked to a lot of cue maker and they are amazed...at the quality of the points, inlay works and everything about the cue that these guys have made.

BTW Chris, making assumption without the facts is going to give you a bad name!!! Also, I have owned and sold many high end cues and I personally think Miranda has already made me a few that I would put up against any high end cues in term of balance, playability, feel and of course design!!! Best part of it all, it's money well spent!!

Duc.

Don't even go there!! You are barking up the wrong tree on this topic!!! I have two Miranda (Who knows who the actual maker is) cues. I have already agreed with you that these cues have good "balance, playability, feel and of course design"!!! "balance, playability, feel and of course design".........stated by you that is all!!! Their is still a big issue and that is quality. I have seen what you have sold and by considering this a high end cue makers makes you a ...........ah never mind people already have their assumption about you!! And no it is not money well spent!

Joe I know you aren't that bright, but I didn't jump all over the cuemaker since his cues don't even deserve a post from me, it was more of a joke towards the poster who felt the cue he posted pics of was SW inspired because it had a big pin. I know you are blinded by shear jealousy and hate, but that's understandable LOL. Just try not looking like a jealous fool for a tiny bit, your act is getting old. If Dennis did make a copy please post the pics of his work and the cue it's a copy of so that people can see for themselves and make their own judgment, they really don't need me to tell them it's wrong, but of course I will since that's the stance I ALWAYS TAKE.
