We have no policy on this issue at this point.
In general, if a player lives as a man and identifies as male, he is male.
If a player lives as a female and identifies as female, she is female.
I can imagine if it became an issue, sex hormone levels would be the way to resolve it. But again we have no policy at this point.
Not sure I agree, what you are born as, I'll keep it simple. If your born with male body parts your a male, and vice versa. If your born with a male body part and identify as a female that's different. What ever makes you happy.
So then my question is, let's say by some miracle pool tournaments start to have half the prize pools of the PGA tour, and let's say some males can't quite cut it on the male side, so they "identify" as female so they will obviously make a lot more money playing female tour. Wouldn't be fair to the people born as females. So why do they have to have tournaments for only females? Isn't that sexist? Males have to play in open events for most part. If woman want all this equality stuff then they need to fix this aspect. Same for woman's golf why do they get to play the same holes, and instead of it being a par 4 for male, it's a par 5 for females and they get to tee it up closer to hole. Why don't the females want this changed? JMO
