Just curious how many players on here visit a chiropractor. I have not
had mutch trouble with my back but the couple of times I have it has been
a monster like this week. However I do have a great chiropractor and seem
to remember playing a good match after a alignment one night .After this
week I am even up for yoga as well.

Chiropractors are great.

I spend a lot of time on the computer and looking down onto my paperwork as well. My neck gets all stiff and knotts go down my back. A good swift twist loosens me up and cures me after a few visits.

My chiropractor told me to shoot more pool, that looking up would strengthen those muslces, which would offset my looking down all day long  This works, trust me.

The best thing for my back and shooting pool is to lose weight. Dropping 10 pounds cures me.

Having had a lot of experience with chiropractors in my life, I have to say, that I prefer ones that are certified and experience to use the 'Activator" method over the "Admjustment" method. I suffer a dibilitating neck problem from a compressed vertebrae and it was actually made much worse by a chiro that used the adjustment method and over adjusted it twice. I had a slip and fall in a restaurant over 20 years ago that really messed up my lumbar leaving me unable to get out of bed much less work. After regular visits for about 3 months using the Activator to gently adjust the affected areas, I have never had a recurrence of my lumbar or back problem.

Unfortunately, I my neck problem is here to stay and only gets temprary relief through stretching and occasional visits to my chiro. I have since quit playing pool because it only worsens the problem. Some mornings I feel like eating a bullet it hurts so bad.
