That is all I can say about the service provided by Chris ....

What an outstanding member of the AZ Billiards community....

I have had numerous discussions with him recently, then I purchased a J&J Jump break from him for an unbelievably low price....

It took about a week for it to arrive and I was more than pleased with this cue...

I have tried numerous break cues for quite along time, and this cue far exceeds (in my humble opinion) any other breaker that I have tried.

I subsequently ordered a Mezz PUJ-10 and a 4X8 case from Chris on Monday (of this week) and he got them to me from Mezz Cues in Santa Fe Springs, CA today....

Not only is this an extrordinary cue, it also came to Canada at a great price.

If anyone has any doubts about ever dealing with Chris, forget them....

I found this gentleman to be very knowledgeable and helpful with this selection.

I wish him nothing but the best for the future of his dealings with other AZers

Chris is a great guy to buy from i bought a cheaper case from him for $50 when i got it the case was in a huge box that box was in a box with flow-pac ! :D Cost him $23.00 to send the $50 case ! Not sure how he made any money on that one :D

As a fellow Manitoban, I couldn't agree more with your description of Chrisonline. Fantastic guy to deal with.
 
Arcman was great to deal with also.. kept in constant communication on both deals we made, man of his word... he is truly a great person to deal with and i look forward to many more dela in the future.. thanks again!

Larry--> thanks for the kind words also.. yeah.. i think i made 2 dollars on that case :) i was just willing to pass on a great deal.. it was a case i had for awhile and i really was interested in breaking even on them both.. you were also great to deal with...

I like the guy too! If everyone represented their products like Chris, this would be a better world :) He has always been honest and been right there behind his sold cues with me. Wish more people were like that.

To some an I mean a very few their reputation is every thing Chris is one of those few individuals. I really don't understand why every one is not that way. It is a very simple formula for success in endevor for repeat business.

Djkx1, Johnfan, Pinocchio, KtownD, thanks all for the very kind words.. yesll i try to do the best i can, i describe everything to the smallest detail because i dont want somebody to be dissapointed with condition... when i tell them i am going to send something and how its comming i make sure i am going to send it when i say.. if i know there is a chance wjere it may be a day longer, i make sure i tell them that way in advance.. sometimes a special box might be required.. its great, my work, allows for me to have a never ending supply of boxes..lol.. plus my schedule allows for me to make it to the post office on a dailey basis.. and above all , i pack things the very best i can..

the way i figure it is, i treat everybody the way i would want to be treated when buying something... and when i have to go that extra mile, its easy because i do everything right the first time... and then when there is something wrong with something i sold. i do my best to take care of it wether it is replacing it or whatever.. and if i cant.. you can bet i will take very extra special care of somebody the next time.. and of course..
