cleaning your wrap?

It's not that it looked dirty. I have a black wrap. It felt oily. It didn't have that smooth feel that she had when I first stroked a ball with her. I used rubing alcohol pads. Worked great!!

Just use care not to get the linen very wet. The problem is that the use of liquid chemicals can cause the glue underneath to fail. If that happens you're looking at a re-wrap.

91% rubbing alcohol. It dries fast and evaporates. Then I use a clean terry cloth or a babys burp rag to wipe down. By the way the burp rags work great for applying cleaners, sealers and waxes on the shaft when they need attention. Very soft, non-abrasive and super absorbent after all they are for babies....and cheap at wally world! I also keep one in my case to wipe down after playing and wipe my hands. give'em a try.

what I do is tape off the cue on both sides of the wrap

(I learned that the hard way the first time I tried this method)

then take a bounce dryer sheet and rub hard and fast over the linen..

it cleans it up takes away odors and seals it up real nice... and use REAL bounce.. not the cheap knock offs learned that one the hard way too LOL

when I say learned the hard way I don't mean it ruined a cue .. just took a bit more effort to clean up..

good luck
