Cleanining Dirty Rails

I have two sets of Ridgeback rails that are pretty dirty from being out in the weather and then stored in the outside shed. What can I use to clean them the won't ruin the rubber? They still seem straight laying on a flat surface and I will be using them on the Used Valley I'm getting unless I get a 8' Valley. Thank you for any help. Johnnyt
