Have seen pics of what appear to be clear decals on rail tops that are used to help learn diamond system.
Does anyone know the source? Thanks ... john_oleson@comcast.net

Beads on a rubber band?I wonder if there’s a market for adjustable diamond?…ya know, for all the makes of tables, for the heat, the cold, the humidity, the dryness…..
Precision. Headroom is always a plus. One thought: why use something to practice that you're never going to see on any other table than your own? To each his own but i just don't see the need or usefulness of these things.
Here's something I've been wondering about.Seems like a simple enough do-it-yourself thing. Maybe just use these? You could put them on clear plastic sheet. (Kamui does not offer sets for a 10-foot table.)

I think you should remark to whoever owns the table that it's impossible to see the diamonds. Then... Put your stick along the line while standing where you can see the diamonds, bend down and note what your stick is pointed at on the wall -- door frame , bar stool, stain on the wallpaper -- and then shoot to your new target.... Every table I've ever played on has had diamonds, but many of them are difficult to see when in a shooting position....
What do you think?
A main reason is so you can see how well the system works if followed as closely as possible. Sometimes that shows the student that the system should mostly be ignored and other times it shows the student accurately how much the system has to be adjusted/compensated according to table conditions. I think that "magic spots" are generally more useful and require a lot less arithmetic. One thought: why use something to practice that you're never going to see on any other table than your own? I don't see too much arithmetic, I only see two spots selected, the one my cue ball is sitting on & the the one I'm aiming at. I like them, my buddy has them on his table.... I waiting on some fancy ones. But a single marker, one diamond long & segmented, could be used as a moveable marker to shoot at.A main reason is so you can see how well the system works if followed as closely as possible. And not forget how hard the cb is struck, where the cb is struck and the age and material of the cb.I wonder if there’s a market for adjustable diamond?…ya know, for all the makes of tables, for the heat, the cold, the humidity, the dryness…..
