I really dislike the looks of that cue, I always have. I don't like the way the points emerge from the top of the wrap with the large Maple gaps. While I don't have anything against CNC points, those ones are particularly unappealing.

I dont like the use of the maple veneer in the point, it doesn't seem to work with CNC. The top of the maple veneer appears much too large and completely out of place. The longer you stare at it the worse it looks.

He needs to tighten up the gap between the points in the forearm. Until he makes the N7 without the gap between the outer veneers of the points, it really doesn’t look like a true replica of the TCOM cue.

I just saw one yesterday built by Brian Mordt in 2012. It was a very good looking cue. Itsays DOOM on the butt cap. Brians has his 4 signature rings not on the Janes cue.

With Paul Newman gone now..
We might find out if Eddie beat Vince at some point.

Anyway, the pool scene always gets a boost in interest when a big name pool movie comes out.
Maybe a 3rd movie can touch on some league play, or more mainstream major tournaments.
The core was always about Hustling and the darker side of the game. It is still a thing, but the reputation of pool might be better served showing a cleaner game... Sponsors might change their views of pool.

Nice cue and replica by the way, always did love that scene of DOOM.
