The brand has gone away but the factory still makes balls. I think Dynasphere is Cyclop with quality control added. QC is what they were lacking. Is Cyclop still a thing? I thought they went away.
But what about LigmaI’ve seen some conflicting claims about Vigma.
XinBingRubber is the factory that made Cyclop and now is contracted to make D'spheres. The brand has gone away but the factory still makes balls. I think Dynasphere is Cyclop with quality control added. QC is what they were lacking.
They are said to be made from a very special Kobo resin. Whatever that is. A search on "kobo" resin billiard turns up a lot of university team branded ball sets. Might be overstocks.Vigma: http://www.vigma.com/profile.html site is dated 2005. Don't know if these are still around.
Raschig is the company. It has been a long time since the company made them. I think they did it for about 10 years. The made carom balls as well.I have a 9 ball set with no numbers. I can't remember the name but I really like them. They're supposed to be the best balls ever made. I think they are out of Germany. There's a guy that sells them on here. Drawing a blank.
That's it. I like playing 9 ball with them. Seems like aiming is easier on a solid color.Raschig is the company. It has been a long time since the company made them. I think they did it for about 10 years. The made carom balls as well.
Took mine out a couple months ago and was reminded of how surprisingly well they stay clean. Is Cyclop still a thing? I thought they went away.
Keep it up and you'll be stigma. But what about Ligma
I was just talking about that brand to my wife...But what about Ligma
Is Raschig a brand, produced OEM like Brunswick Centennials by Saluc, or did they have their own manufacturing facility?Raschig is the company. It has been a long time since the company made them. I think they did it for about 10 years. The made carom balls as well.
Here is a thread from a while ago about Raschigs. Pool balls introduced into the US about 1988...Is Raschig a brand, produced OEM like Brunswick Centennials by Saluc, or did they have their own manufacturing facility?
Is that different from the phenolic resin in Aramith and Dynaspheres?... They use thermoset which is ideal over thermoplastic due to temperature resistance. ....
