LOL. Contact TAR directly and they will surely take care of you. One of my discs didn't work right, so I let them know, and I received excellent customer service. Flukes happen sometimes and I don't fault a company for that. It's what they do once they are made aware of the problem that matters most. ;)
 
I have not ordered a DVD from them yet. I can wait til the price is reasonable.

I have bought several live feeds though, and they have all been worth the money.
 
Also, someone mentioned that Alex shocked the world... I have to respectfully disagree with you. Alot of people picked Alex to win, some even gave up games and took Alex.

Btw, last night was my first TAR PPV and I had heard some negatives about the sign up process and the feed...Well, I signed up in 60 secs, paid via paypal in another 60 seconds and was watching what turned out to be a solid uninterrupted feed in another 60 seconds. Great job TAR and what a perfect match to see as my first, it don't get no better than THAT!!!

1] Get a video of his match against Taipei's legend Fong-Pang Chao in the last 32 of the 2004 World Pool Championships.

2] get a video of the finals of the 2004 World Pool Championships where Alex came back and won it after being down 6 or 7 games, in a race to 17, nine ball, winner break!!!

Those two matches were pretty unbelieveable too...talk about a never die attitude, well that is 100% Alex.

I think he may have been talking about Alex coming back from a 23 game deficit to win by six. That shocked the hell out of me!

SVB vs the Lion from the derby
Frost USBTC
8ball USBTC finals

in three seperate orders and all have been fulfilled promptly and painlessly.

You gotta keep in mind that TAR is mainly a two man operation. When those two men are at an event such as the BCA vegas event, they are not gonna be able to ship orders out as quickly as they would if they were home.

I will be ordering this set as soon as its ready.
