Still a great thread JJ,Shuff should get congrads,even know he tied for 1st,even no they tied,some could still consider Shuff the winner,because he did win there 1 and only head to head match,so i agree with u JJ, Shuff deserves a shout out,NICE PLAYING BRANDONNNNN!

I won the hotseat. Sat around til midnight waiting for an opponent for the true double elim. Then found out that I play first round in the open at 11am, and earl plays at 1pm. Since I had to get beat twice I just offered to split the prize monies in return for 1st place honors. the remaining players agreed. Earl won and he was the person who split with me.
Thanks for the nice compliments y'all. Hope to see everyone next weekend at the APT Bob Stocks 1000$ added 9ball in sterling Va.

Congratulations Brandon.

I have a wedding to go to on Saturday, but I would love to stop by for a while on Sunday to have a beer and watch some great pool. If you see me there, please stop by between matches to say hello. I haven't seen you in a while.

I moved to Alexandria a couple months ago so I don't go to First Break much anymore unfortunately. I miss it. I'm doing the BCA league at Fast Eddies in Fairfax now. Some pretty good shooters there relative to my level, but not the talent level I had to sweat at First Break.
