Great job Niels. World Champion,

and to young Albin Ouschan - second in the world after only a few tries. Guess having an older sister who is a pro pays off as inspiration.

Thank you Kozoom for some of the best streaming coverage to date. High def for all channels - really sweet setup.

YES - Congrats to Niels - Great guy - Great Champion :thumb up:

Albin's time will come and will be better for this experience, I'm sure of it...

Huge Congratulations to Neils Feijen! The New World 9 Ball Champion. Couldn't ask for a better player to win the title. He deserved it playing lights out pool. Also kudos goes out to Ouschan for reaching the finals after hard-fought comebacks along the way. This tournament has been truly amazing from the get go. Amazing! looking forward to next year. :)

Awesome! Congrats Neil's! One of my 8ball team tourney partners finally won a world championship...... Lol

Thank god Niels really played his best today to win it.
After 2 consecutive runner up n World 8ball few years ago, a loss here today would be demoralising and take long time to recover from.
In terms of popularity and technical ability, he is the favorite so this is the right result
Congratulations!
:D

Congratulations Niels!

You definitely deserve it. For those of you that haven't read it, Billiards Digest (April 2014) has a great article about Niels and how committed he is to pool, but more so about how committed he is to his family.

A wonderfull accomplishment, next to already a bunch of unbelievable accomplishments.

And again very little exposure in the newspapers..

A great big grats to both of them and the rest of players that had good matches all week as well. Tough field and making it thru to the finals was no small accomplishment.

long ovedue. i think Niels deserves this title more than anyone else.

Congrats Niels. that should put you on the MC...which us American's don't want to see.. Johnnyt

Congrats to Niels. A legitimate and worthy world champion having played and coming out on top in the toughest 9-ball tournament.

Welcome back. Thought you were gone forever...again.

He can't beat Shane going to 100 rack your own 10-ball...how good can he be?. Congrats again. Johnnyt
