Is Alex a heavy drinker?
I thought I read that Alex was beat by John's dad in the 8 ball??
Congrats to Alex on his win.
It would be great if he won the Snooker as well. Is he playing 9 and 10 ball too?

yes Alex beat john's dad as well.
he played 8balls today from 11am til 8pm(non-stop match) and started his snooker match at 9pm.What an animal he is!
And yes he will be playing 9ball and 10ball events
Mario Morra, Johnny's father, did in fact beat Alex in this tournament.
The A-side final was the Morra family.
Alex came back from the B-side to beat them both.
Johnny was second, Mario was third.
I'd still like to see a TAR father and son match with the Morras and Oscar
and Ernesto....anybody know another father/son team that can hang with
with these guys?
Brad Poorman came fourth, the only player that beat him was Alex, A-side
and B-side....this man will win it eventually.
Alex ran a world-class 93 and out to win his snooker match 4-0.
Last year Alex was most interested in the snooker title.....
...this year he wants them all....

He weighs 140 if he has an anvil in each hand.No...he only weighs about 140lbs
Alex is a party animal but he had the discipline to stop drinking and smoking
to win the world 9-ball....so when he goes on the wagon, watch out.
