Sorry Joey, I can't answer for Tom, I've known him longer than anyone on this forum except for Classic cues, Been supporting him since he started making pins, I will support him for as long as I can.

I recently received a leather wrap jig and various pins. I know Tom has a lot going on and is super busy with orders but I have not had a problem with contacting him. Sometimes it has taken more than one try. I've had the best luck calling between 2 and 4pm PST during the week.
