Only 4 days left now.... Come on guys - try for a FREE entry!

Btw, YOU are going to be giving ME $25. Want to bet another $25 on that? LOL

Want to know why it's stealing? I have an inside source who told me that Fatboy is one of the greatest players in the history of Monopoly. My source (an acquaintence's ex-fiancee's friend's brother's long distance cousin) said that Fatboy has never been defeated in Monopoly. :groucho:
Sorry to hijack your thread.
Back to topic, Where is Tara, Juan, Monica and everyone else from Texas? They need to post for a free shot at the US Open.

Tara and Monica will be playing in the OB Cues stop and should't play in the US Open Qualifier that same weekend. Juan on the other hand.... ?

---
Mike had a terrible childhood in an even worse town. His parents were separated early on, and he moved back and forth between both households. His mother was a drug addict, often leaving 5 year-old Mike home alone (!) to take care of his infant brother. He constantly had trouble in school, trouble at home, and otherwise just had a very tough time with life.
Nowadays, Mike lives with his alcoholic father, who was diagnosed with colon cancer a couple years back. His father accordingly has a hefty amount of medical bills that will probably never get paid off. Mike spends a lot of time just doing things around the house for his dad, and doesn't get to do much else.
Mike is a great kid who has a lot of pool talent. He doesn't have the means to get out to tournaments, and so just plays in local leagues from time to time. I've seen him do things on the pool table that I've never seen before or since. He has an unorthodox style, often stroking the cue towards the top edge of the cueball before suddenly adjusting and hitting a powerful draw shot. He plays by feel and experience, and when he hits a zone, he is unbeatable.
I would love to see Mike get into the US Open...after all, he and his father were the ones that introduced me to many of the finer points of pool. Heck, they taught me almost all I know about the game. I'm forever grateful to them. I don't expect anyone else to feel the same way, but I'm certain you would if you knew him like I do.

Where's J. Colling, C. Hodge, J.Garcia, J.Martinez, R.Lovelace,Mike N., Chase, Daniel, C. Anderson--come on you all--I know you got game, but I then again---do you really GOT GAME?
