Coolest New Forum Feature!

So let's say you want to check out a player. I'll use Keith as an example! :grin-square:

The forum software segregates all Keith's pictures from the others and allows me to see each one of Keith separately. Click the tournament icon, and only Keith's pictures will show up. This is really cool.

If you want to see all the pictures, have bigger avatars, get more vBucks, and have unlimited PMs, it's $34.95 per year. As much time as I spent in this doggone place, I'm in. You got me with this new forum software, the pictures, the tournament pages, the dark green, EVERYTHING!

What is hard to understand though is that it's now the site that is, as a whole, AZBilliards.com. The forums and the old site were brought together and the software / back-office was developped by programmers, it's not something you buy in a shop :-)

3 years of work, only one hour online and everybody seems to be happy.

...And you have no idea about what we have in mind for the future !

This is really, really cool. It is one now. You can click the top buttons, like People, Tours & Events, Marketplace, Forums, Calnder, News, and get whatever you want. The hits keep on coming.

Are you really from Paris? Parlez vous francais? Je m'appelle Jennie. That's about all I remember from elementary school French. :embarrassed2:

The bio about you was cut off the last half of your bio, and I wanted to read more.

Just sent in my $34.95 for Gold Membership. You got me with this new software! :thumbup:

I like the dark green when you get ready to click something. That's my favorite color too.

I understand web development, and yeah the roll out has been very successful, i cant break anything and it looks great. The migration of the 2 pages is wonderful and clearly not out of a can, that is what it was, takes tie and $$ to build out a site like this, should grow well as a business now too, not that it was bad, its always been great. but who can compete with this and the DAU's you have???

Thanks a lot. It took a lot of work to put this project together and a lot of trust from Mike who started all this alone 15 years ago (in a month or so).

Et oui je suis Français !

Two team members are in Paris, France; One in Georgia, USA and well... One in AZ :smile:

You know, this just might help to put pool in the map. Online is where it's at. AzBilliards has a global reach. More sponsors, more interest, more media, more pool! We all win! :cool:

your right, a site like this cant hurt and nobody can roll out anything that compares, i seen the local German message board it was "canned software" of course i cant read german but it was small compared to this. the DAU's Daily Average Users is what maters in the web biz, the more traffic the better and sites start to feed on themselves when they have good content and get better search engine rankings, everything here points that direction.
 
One thing they may not know, is that whenever you make a huge change like this, your gonna lose rankings in the serps. They have lots of traffic for sure, but I figure they have lost some serp rankings with certain keywords.

This new change seems to be a move towards making more money for the site owner, can't blame them, I would have made changes long ago.
