At least you didn't call him Shirley......
I don't think Shane is gonna beat down any doors to play Corey any RYO 9 ball. Playing any other game Shane is probably gonna like his chances but that is Corey's specialty and he does it as well or better than anyone.
You saw how Donny fared playing this game, he just nearly pulled it off. I am not knocking Donny's game but I like Corey's chances better than his and I am probably not alone in that assumption.
I think Shane will play any one, any game any conditions. and you still have to give up the world to put your money on SVB. Fact of the matter is only person CRAZY enough to gamble is bat shit crazy Earl "The Squirrle" call me a fan boy, call me what ever. I watch the kid play, i see his dedication, and his attitude, he simply is the best long race player any rotation game or 8 ball game. Corey when on can do great things including maybe snap one off, but any one willing to go even up on straight up 9 ball playing SVB race to a hundred has action with me any day.
JMO, let the flames begin.
In fairness to the critics, just because someone might be the best - doesn't mean they deserve a spot on the team.
Im not talking about what if's and such, I am talking right now. Corey is probably the best 9 baller in the world. He would not be an under dog against anyone on the team in a long gambling session
Check out this shot at 8:15. Nice stroke! http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=_s_Z1kjjCpw
Best,

You must be a great player. What is your real name?Didn't Corey skunk whoever it was in the final of the US open he won from soft breaking?
Hes no doubt one of the best american players we have had but in order for him to get on top again (if he chooses to) he needs to find a way to rededicate himself.
I like corey, always have, but the day He dropped down a few notches on my 'favorite player' list was when we played a one pocket match at the derby two years ago, he made a couple mistakes and was complaining about how he should have stuck to golf or something and about how lazy he is and kept showing frustration. He still won the set but sure didn't deserve it. I hear he is sponsored by the seminoles, if that is true, he should have all the desire in the world to keep playing 100% with full dedication. Wish you the best Corey, hope you discipline yourself to peak further than you already have.
We did play another one pocket match at the US Open one pocket last may, he beat me again hill hill 4-3 in a 6hr match. Can't wait for another rematchlol
You must be a great player. What is your real name?
Brandon thats fine you dont really like him, but that has nothing to do with him beating someone a 9 ball set. I dont really like John Schmidt but unfortunately that has nothing to do with how they put the balls in the hole.
They are great players
What is a top player like yourself giving up these days to amateur like me playing some 10 ball?
