corey Dueul vs unknown

The opponent is Jung-Ling Chang. He won three legs of the Guinness tour this year. Even the Filipinos had a tough time taking him down there. :)

My gift to the AZbilliards forum:

Watched the match, he came back from 9-5 to take it. The 18th rack was a case study in safety play. Dueul played amazingly and snookered Chang repeatedly to come back and win.

WOW. What a great picture in the heat of the moment!

It is nice to see a few Americans sitting in the audience, pulling for Corey.

Thanks for sharing that great pic! It's good to see Corey enjoying some glory again...its been a rough patch for him lately.

Here's to hoping Corey takes it off!
(if not him though I'm pulling for Bustamante, he deserves it after all this time)

Plus I must admit it would be rather cool to have the US Open title and both the World 10 ball and 9 ball Championships residing with two US young guns!

A healthy rivalry between SVB and Corey could help to kick start a little more interest in pool over here and quite frankly put the US back on the world pool map as still having some of the most dominant players.

It also might spark a little competitive fire under a few other greats who don't seem to dedicate themselves to pool quite as much as they used to (ie. Archer, Morris, Strickland, Jones etc.)

Bustamante is on fire. I've watched a few of his matches and...wow.
