Interesting how the shop owner knew they were stolen. I wonder if he’s a pool nut, knew they were stolen upon seeing them, and bought them cheap to return to the owner? Or somehow he found out after purchase they were stolen. Maybe he’s a member here? I wonder what the cues were.

I grew up in MO, about 30 miles from Jonesboro.

Lots of thieving SOBs in that area of the country.
