Why is God so cruel ?????
When we reach the highest level there is one more challenge.....overconfidence*
*The overconfidence effect is a well-established bias in which someone's subjective confidence in their judgments is reliably greater than their objective accuracy, especially when confidence is relatively high.[1] For example, in some quizzes, people rate their answers as "99% certain" but are wrong 40% of the time. It has been proposed that a metacognitive trait mediates the accuracy of confidence judgments,[2] but this trait's relationship to variations in cognitive ability and personality remains uncertain.[1] Overconfidence is one example of a miscalibration of subjective probabilities.

If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego
and the internal dialogue. Make a decision to relinquish the
need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge.
Those are the three things the ego is doing all the time.
It's very important to be aware of them every time they come up.

By "diagonal english" do you mean with your cue & stroke angled a little to the side to compensate for squirt? That's how all english is applied (or you'll miss the shot).

This nonsense has been repeatedly debunked.Quite frankly, no one is capable of striking a sphere (cue ball) with another sphere (cue tip) without putting unintended side spin (English) on the sphere. The problem is...did you put left or right English on a ball you intended to hit dead center? By intentionally putting inside or outside English on the cue ball, you now know what it will do.

Whoa, Pj, this professional level player is a hundred ball runner! His high run in 14.1 is in the 140s. I 'd say he has run quite a few hundreds. Surely he knows what he speaks of.
I doubt that he would make that up but you never know.....he has been on here a few years and has never graced the 14.1 forum with a single post.....

I feel sorry for you Stan! You truly ARE a bitter and frustrated man!
By me for one, but also by others who have thought it through. No, IMO you made up your 140 and that says it all about you.
It is like Dave said...post a video, Killer! Many of us that have run a 100 do not take kindly to those that make up high runs, especially those nearing the perfection mark.
Why not just post up a smooth 45-50 ball run?
