Hey guys need a little advice I was shooting with a cue that I purchase on eBay the maker was a guy name Dangelo cues never heard of him but like the look of the cue and it was a cheap price so I got. Now before I got this cue I was shooting with Meucci 19oz I love this cue i put a morri tip on it and man love the hit. One day about 6 months ago I said let me shoot a few racks with it and it felt great so I have been shooting with it every since until one day last week . Someone broke in to my car and stole it, so now I am back shooting with my Meucci and I am no where shooting the way I was and it's really bothering me. Now I do no that the shaft was thicker, had a elk master tip and it was 20oz on the Dangelo cue.

Help please 

Ummmm....I've read your post several times, and I've yet to come up with an actual question anywhere in there...I'm sorry you lost your cue, but I have no idea what you're asking...

I bought a Limited edition Lucasi from a guy with that name on EBay some time ago. He was also selling the Chinese Palmers to if it is the same guy.
If anything, I suspect that they are made for him and he puts his name on them. No biggy. If you like the cue, buy another.

Now before I got this cue I was shooting with Meucci 19oz . Someone broke in to my car and stole it said:
i think the poster is asking if he can tune his meucci to play like his cue that was stolen

quick answer not a chance ... you mentioned the stolen cue had a thicker shaft and meucci isnt stiff anything but however many people love them so the easiest thing is to sell the meucci and buy or trade it for a stiffer hitting cue if you were playing better with that style cue

Ok, I'm going to guess that the cue that got stolen had a stiffer shaft since most meuci's I've played with had a more flexible/flimsy shaft.

To me that would be the biggest difference between the 2 cues. Try a few other cues and notice the shaft taper and diameter of each one. That should help you to get started on which replacement cue to buy.

Sorry to hear about your cue getting stolen. It's happened to me before to. Now every time I have a custom cue made I have my name put on it in a visible spot. (I'll never sell them anyways).

P.S. Some of the folks on here are just trying to get a better handle on understanding your post. They may be blunt but they are trying to help.

If the Dangelo had a thicker shaft and depending on the length of your fingers or just the way it feels to you could account for you feeling like you shoot better with it. My fingers aren't long but i don't like curling my index finger up tight using a closed bridge and a slimmer shaft. I like the regular 13mm and not a slimmer tapper . It might be that your stroke is straighter with the thicker shaft.
