This cue has a signature on the butt, I don't recognize it and am not sure what the last name is?

I think he lives in Wheeling W.V. if it's the same guy he is apparently a player and a cue maker. I base the cue maker part only because I found a post on Facebook where someone asked him "How's that cue coming" I have reached out to him I'll let you know if I hear back.It says, 'doug leech'. Don't know if he is a cue maker, but seems to play in Ohio.
So I got confirmation from the maker of this cue. He was the Doug Leech on Facebook. This is what he told me. "Yes that is one i made many years ago. It was when i first started making cues. I made them and was giving them to friends and family"
Isnt it funny that now we know the name, if you look at it again, its quite obvious.Great that you got the info on that cue.
Many times we never know.
I have been collecting cues for 30 years. Many of these are house cues that are in great shape.Isnt it funny that now we know the name, if you look at it again, its quite obvious.
Heuristics.
I like the way Clay Etheridge did His Showcase sneaky Pete's, He just stamped an 'S' on the butt.I have been collecting cues for 30 years. Many of these are house cues that are in great shape.
I have been saving them to cut and make simple sneaky Petes.
I now have the time to start this hobby and need to find a way of signing them. A pen or a sharpy under finish may work, if I work on my penmanship.
Charles Kimmel is not an option now.
Yes! I wonder if Clay is still around? When I first started collecting production cues, Showcase was my main scorce.I like the way Clay Etheridge did His Showcase sneaky Pete's, He just stamped an 'S' on the butt.
