So I picked this up tonight and there are no markings or names of any kind. So im just looking to find out who made it and possibly when it looks like a slightly older cue. it has two matching shafts with it. there is supposed to be 4 pics the other one for some reason is extremely small and its of the pin...its a large radial pin and both shafts are wood joints

I'll take a stab and say its a Will Adcock cue.
I had an Adcock cue with tulip wood and a mahogany cap and collars.
Its pretty weak but that was the first name that popped into my head.

lol i appreciate the thought but i really dont think it is...i looked on his site and couldnt find anything that looked like this rings, or butt cap it has a very small rubber but cap and all the cues i seen of his had a pretty good size cap
Looks like a Ned Morris cue. I recognize the rings and te olivewood insert in the shaft. That might be one of his wrapped entry level "moneymakers."

have you seen any of his without his name or anything on them? and i looked on his site and he uses several pins and ring designs but none of the pictures fit it. sorry im not trying to be a pain and say your wrong really i was just hoping for a bit more proof....some other things that might affect this, the but cap does come off. the rubber screws right into a wood thread there obviously are no points and no ring right above the wrap either.
