Cue ID please

Spain and Gus experimented with Wico before Bob started Meucci and produced his line with the material. Some of the old 3 point Vikings with Wico vinyl 'pop' and look pretty smart.

And those are real veneers, not decals. The vinyl is used in place of wood veneers in the same way as wood veneers.

I have two 3 point Vikings with such veneers, and I have a Gandy cue with such veneers.

Wico veneers don't have a seem at the point. There are vinyl veneers with seems at the point, they are not Wico.


One of my Vikings has seems, not Wiko.

The other Viking has no seems, Wico.

My Gandy, no seems, Wico.



The cue in this thread has no points, hence no veneers...real or otherwise.

The cards and dice are "overlays" or decals. The rings are real maple dashed rings. The wrap is an inexpensive synthetic.

I am not sure what else is trying to be determined here. It is a very inexpensive China made import.

Agreed it is a Chinese import.

For those who dont know, Meucci cues also use stickers as inlays.

I am not a cue builder but if you are going to put inlays in your cue why inlay a sticker? Seems like that would be almost as much work as MOP or Ivory???

They are not inlaid...they are overlaid then finished over. :wink:

It is a cheap import of little or no value.

The veneers on this cue are fake, so are the points.......My god what was I thinking?

that cue does not look to be regulation length.
