This is similar to Name That Tune. The more photos you provide will help in determining who made it. I for one cannot name this cue with one photo.
 
Should a JC-22 have Joss stamped on it as well as a serial number? That would make it easy to identify. Yet the OP did not seem 100% that it was even a Joss.

I find that odd.

Looks like cue has been refinished, or at least re-wrapped. There is something more to this story I think.

Im guessing he is working off of a picture on a for sale ad. Looks like a stacked leather wrap with something on top of it, some type of finish or maybe even shipping tape. :confused:

Not positive, but Im pretty sure this was before the serial numbered joints collars.
