We can go back and forth with he said/ she said but the bottom line is the buyer wasn't happy for whatever reason. Bernie agreed to give a Full Refund and didn't.
KD since it seems you no this cue maker well please enlighten us as to why he would build a cue that he knows will break? I just don't get it even if the buyer want white, black, pink plastic makes no difference if he really told the buyer that martial was not going to stand up to average play then y would Bernie build a cue knowing it's going to break at tendon or anywhere.
This doesn't add up hell alot on both sides of story doesnt. But if what you said is true and Bernie finished the cue on time and it broke on the buyer he new the risk in that material and shouldn't be getting a refund he should be paying for a repair.
Zzzzzz, zzzzzz, awesome post, zzzzzz, zzzzzzz. Sorry I am not going to constantly go back over old post in some kinda hope to help you understand. As I said much earlier you sir are more than entitled to your opinion and that's fine. It's all good, I'm not really concerned with it. As per the many PM'a I have rCVS there areally quite a few that agree with me that it does not seem that you have any idea what you're talking about, but that's ok. Really it is, not everyone can. This rehashing of stuff already understood by most is making me sleepy sorry. If you post anything intelligible I might respond .

I have owned two of Bernie's cues and play with one currently. They play fantastic. Yes they are called 513 cues. Yes Tony knows that Bernie makes cues.
513, he must be from Cinci.
more speculation.
Lol. Not from Cinci.
this thread reminds me of the old Styx song lyric: "heard it from a friend, who, oo, oo, heard it from a friend, who, oo, oo, heard it from another, you been messin' around...
