Call him. He's not one of those uptight guys that has "hours of operation" ;) Steve is a creature of the night on top of working 12+ hours during the day. Like me, Steve doesn't get much sleep.

I'm sure he will, but I don't think he has any in stock. I'm sure he can order some and get them in a matter of a couple days though!
 
Steve has one of my cues now and I can't wait to see the results. So far, it has been a pleasure: excellent communication and prompt customer service. Bump it up for a great price and seller!!:thumbup:

After my ts cue came back so nice, I just got back my cocobolo Olney.

Steve did another magnificent job with this one.

It looks like new in every respect!

Send him your dinged up player, receive back a gem. :thumbup:

If I get a chance later, I will post pics of the Olney.

Anybody who may be concerned about losing signatures or logos can rest assured a refinish will not remove them from the cue. If you're unsure contact steve and he'll let you know what's up!
 
Steve Klapp has Outstanding Customer Service and is kind to boot!

I just hung up the phone with Steve and feel warm and fuzzy all over. Joe
sent Steve my Darrin Hill I purchased from him for Steve to refinish. After
Steve sprayed the cue he wasn't completely happy with the outcome, although he knew I would be thrilled, he went ahead and sprayed more
coats on my cue just so Steve knew it would be perfect.

Steve is really popular with our pool players in Vegas for doing outstanding
refinish work on our cues we send him. His reputation is of the utmost
importance to Steve and he will do whatever it takes to protect his rep.

So, Kudos to Steve and Joe and keep up the great work guys. :)
