OK.. the response has been terrific.. I will be posting hotel info in the next few days.. I want to emphasize that we are really trying to make this event special. I will repeat this is a cue swap meet. You may bring cues to resell, we are designating some areas to showcase cues. This is pretty much unprecedented that a cue dealer / showroom is allowing other people to market in their house. We are also working on some great prizes.. As you have read Mike Webb has donated a cue, we are putting together some prizes and invite any of the AZ cue/case makers to send in any prize they would like to donate. We are also designing some pages for the event on the site.

Joe, I would love to make it up there and hang with you guys, but it's looking bleak right now. We're gearing up at work for some big bid projects, so soon I'll be in a holding pattern of long hours and little time for the fun stuff....

No, we are planning tournaments in both pool and poker..

and maybe drag racing in the parking lot to.... :D

Homewood Suite (right next door, within stumbling distance) $ 89.00 king suite and 109 double suite (sleeps 3 comfortably) has mini kitchens and serve breakfast.

8 ball tourney 12 pm.. 20 entry fee

9 ball tourney immediately following.. 20 entry fee (tex express rules)

Holdem.. immediately following nine ball...

Swap meet will be continuous.. table area's set up for displays...

Pool Table Magic will be hosting a get together of sorts on July 28th. We are welcoming all AZ'ers to attend, and we will be allowing this to operate as a cue / swap meet. We will leave a few tables for cue showing and maybe even a private room. We are working on obtaining prizes for either drawings or tournament prizes and we are asking a few cuemakers if they would like to attend.
There will be a few tournaments and some poker. There is a great hotel next door where we have a great room rate with, they have a pool.

We would like a hand count to who might be interested in attending. Mark will be displaying some of his collection and again, the swap meet is open. We are welcoming anyone who wants to deal, everyone is allowed.

Pocket chalker has sent some items for the meet and greet!!!! C'mon any you up and coming cuemakers want to get some exposure a break cue or sneaky pete would be appreciated.
