First, I do plan to call you and will greatly appreciate hearing about your methods which have received so much attention.
However, with respect, there clearly are positions on the OB that are precisely visible and suseptable to be aimed at in exactly the same way that a rifle can be aimed at a target with round concentric circles.
I don't want this thread to morph into a discussion of those positions because that has been WELL covered in other threads and in commentary by Mike Page...but just for example the shooter can align the outside edge of the cue tip with the outside edge of the OB and again for example, the tip can be positioned so that it lies half on and half off either edge of the OB.
And those positions can be achieved with extreme precision.
Doing so may or may not do any good...that is a subject for a different thread...but they absolutely exist and can be visualized with precision.
