its a slade cue contact Chris Tate he has the info on the cue

I believe it is a Slade cue, made in Denver before Showcase was in business.
Clay Etheridge from Showcase as well as others were involved.
I keep getting more info on Slade and other cues made in that shop.
This goes back to the 60's.
It was so long ago that guys that worked in the shop can't remember all of the details.

I would say you nailed it based on the additional input and pics.
