I just wanted everyone to know that Autopctech (Justin Preiser), did in fact return my cues to me today in good condition.

I want to thank the AZB community for your help in getting this resolved.

It cases like this, I hope that AZ makes his reputation look better since he was getting blasted!

Good to know that sometimes everything DOES work-out!

While I NEVER touched his reputation...I do believe that it is shot here, simply because of the lengths that had to be gone through in order to resolve this issue. It went on far too long...and that is what got him into trouble. However....I am glad that Justin made it all right with Joe, and that he did finally follow-through with getting the cues back out to him...just wished he would have acted sooner, and avoided the nastiness.

not to be johnny rain cloud here but the cues show up a few days after legal action is threatened by bamacues? sorry folks im not convinced.

as a potential scammer what would you have done?

your trashed here on az by numerous respected members
your personal info is posted
legal action threatened against you (federal & local charges)

doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out how to avoid this.

the signs are there people stay away. not worth the headaches.

Like I said man I had a lot going on and just lagged on shipping them back. Legally what were they going to do? Tell the police I didn't ship them on time like I said I did? If I was going to scam them those cues would have been sold along time ago and you would have never heard from me again. I would like to apologize to Joe because he is a good guy and did not deserve any of this. He was cool from day 1 and even up until the very end. But after all is said and done he did not lose money at least. He got all his cues and my trade in.

Apology accepted. I do know that things can happen from time to time that are difficult to control, at the very least.
