Cues Stollen Story with a Twist

Shoulda called off the cops, called some friends with firearms...and handled the guy yourself. :D

Glad to hear it worked out for you.

Holly, I'm so glad you got your cues back. I'm so glad everyone was so helpful too, but not surprised - it's pretty much Northwest hospitality. It was also great seeing you at the tourney! Hope the rest of your trip safe and not quite so eventful (cues stolen, tsunami...)!

What a great story. Loved the ending.

This is a good reminder to all who lug those cue cases around how important it is to keep them on your shoulder and never leave them unattended. At pool events, with so many things going on, it is easy to forget sometimes.

Holly, good things happen to good people. You were truly blessed!

Congrats on getting you cues back. Pays to pay attention to all those details. I am happy for you. :):):)

I had a cue and case stolen when I first started playing. The pool room manager called me a couple of weeks later when they were offered to him to purchase, he had my cues. He did not out the seller but he did take possesion of my cue. I was very lucky.

Elvie :) thanks, too often we only hear the negative or it's espoused across the pool playing universe. Great to hear about a good deed by a good guy / room owner.

Mary - so good to see you too :)
