That's interesting....I thought Diamond used Artemis. If thats $175 for k55 Artimis, that's a helluva deal (for a set of 6.) Check with Real King Cobra on that one. That site seems to claim diamond tables use "diamond" brand cushions. There's the possibility I could be mistaken. It's happened once or twice before
If that's the price for Artimis (and they are legit artimis) I'd take the artimis in a heartbeat. Make sure they are K55. That sounds like the price for K66 Artimis.

You are correct. That is the price for Artemis K66 cushions. For a GC you need K55 which run over $300 a set. The Diamond Black cushions are an excellant alternative. Diamond does use Artemis on their tables. Certain models have Artemis and I believe the Smart Tables have the Diamond Black Cushions. Diamond only uses Artemis Intercontinental K55 profile cushions on their 9ft tables, the 7's & 8's use the black K55 profile:wink:

Where are you getting the $175.00 better from? I don't see that difference in price listed anywhere on the web site.

That is a good question. I had assumed that they were talking about the Artemis Pool No.66 but that costs $185.00.
Are the Germans that much better, Glen?

Wow, thanks for that knowledge about the black cushions. I thought the only good thing to come out of china was General Tso's chicken, glad I was wrong.
There are many good billiard related items made in China.
Unfortunately there are also items that are made on the cheap and not so good.
