Guys, I don't get on the forums often enough for PMs to be a reliable way to reach me, and when I am on here, I generally avoid the gripe threads.

IS working on your cases. He's changed dyes and the way he applies them. He's also changed the way he's doing the pockets. Both are improved ways of doing things, and cost time and $$.

WILL be happy with the final product. The reason I offered to get involved in the first place was the excess of orders backing up, and over reaching what he could do in the time and for the price offered.
We WILL get the cases done, and you will be happy with the delivered product, or I will refund your money.
The only facet of things we have no hope of satisfying is the delivery times quoted months ago. "Life Happens" Chaz got overwhelmed and started working nights in addition to working on your cases. His production
HAS slowed down, but at the same time, the quality improves with every case.
It's going to cost me $$ to deliver your cases, but we'll do it.
I am sorry things are taking so long, but again, it's not like we ran off to Bora Bora with your money. He's working on them and they are coming.
