custom 2x4 cases

Well, I ordered mine March 20th, and supposed to receive it this week (by Weds)....about....12 weeks build time.
I will post pictures this week, they will either be pictures of the case or pictures of Chaz running down International Drive.

Guys, I don't get on the forums often enough for PMs to be a reliable way to reach me, and when I am on here, I generally avoid the gripe threads.
That email goes to my phone. Use it.
Chaz IS working on your cases. He's changed dyes and the way he applies them. He's also changed the way he's doing the pockets. Both are improved ways of doing things, and cost time and $$.
You WILL be happy with the final product. The reason I offered to get involved in the first place was the excess of orders backing up, and over reaching what he could do in the time and for the price offered.
We WILL get the cases done, and you will be happy with the delivered product, or I will refund your money.
The only facet of things we have no hope of satisfying is the delivery times quoted months ago. "Life Happens" Chaz got overwhelmed and started working nights in addition to working on your cases. His production HAS slowed down, but at the same time, the quality improves with every case.
It's going to cost me $$ to deliver your cases, but we'll do it.
I am sorry things are taking so long, but again, it's not like we ran off to Bora Bora with your money. He's working on them and they are coming.

Chaz told me today he will be delivering my case in Person Friday (1st day he could get off).

I E-MAILED YOU AND CHAZ SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I GOT A REPLY FROM YOU YESTERDAY. I ONLY GOT THAT REPLY AFTER MAKING A PUBLIC POST. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO POST PUBLICLY TO GET A RESPONSE. I ALSO CALLED CHAZ SEVERAL TIMES (AND SENT A TEXT OR 2) AND NOT ONCE GOT A REPLY FROM HIM.
I AM BEING FACTUAL. I TRIED E-MAIL A FEW TIMES, AND THEN PM'S, THEN POSTED HERE. YOU REPLIED TO ME AFTER I POSTED PUBLICLY. THE BIG LETTERS AND NEAT COLORS AREN'T GOING TO STOP ME FROM REPLYING, OR SPEAKING MY MIND. THIS ISN'T MY FIRST RODEO WITH GUYS THAT PROMISE THE WORLD, AND DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH. Well I had hoped to receive my case from Chaz on Friday.....he never made it, and never returned my call / texts all weekend.
So, I guess I will just wait.........I am planning a trip to Orlando on Sunday the 28th....so I will pick it up if he makes me wait that long......
Felix, if you or Bench get your cases let me/us know.
On a good note my 8 ball team won the Vegas Tourney this past weekend!! See you at the Riv!!
