Custom Case Wanted

Who should I get to build a custom case for me.

My requirements are fairly specific. I want a very modern looking case. By modern I mean sleek and not something that looks like a cowboy would carry it. The case needs to be 3 x 6 with room for a long handled jump cue, a cueball pouch and another small pouch for accessories.

I really like the look of Whitten cases; however Whitten cannot comply with all of my requirements. Yes I have talked to them already.

I would also like some custom laser engraving on the back of the case and the handle. Who else is making cases like this that would meet my requirements? Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend JB Cases. He'll make the accessory pockets any size and style you want them and seems very flexible in all design aspects. Very good value for your dollar also. I'm pleased as all get-out with mine.

Last I looked, he's stopped taking new orders until he catches up because he wants to be able to deliver in 12 weeks. I recommend waiting for him.

I share this view as well. No offense to anyone who carries a case full of rhinestones and leather dangly things. It's just not my style, and it seems like the majority of cases made are more "Old West" style.

I make cases using a variety of leather colors and styles and can accomodate just about any needs you have as far as storage.
Please take a look at my website and feel free to contact me at 773-491-0018 with any questions you may have.

Thank You,

I second that Rich. If you can get him to take a new order even though he is backed up, I think he could come up with the look/style your going for. I've seen some of his prototypes he's posted and it kind of sounds like what you described...maybe (I might have interpreted it wrong)

I can't say I own one of his cases, but have seen many and as soon as I save some cash and stop buyin new cues I would absolutely love to have him make me one. I also think his prices are fair for the work involved.

In the market myself for a 3 X 6 custom case. Have not seen Garths work before. Can you post some picts of the inside of the case. I could find no picts of the interiors of his cases on his site.

I am also a huge fan of OnQ Cases. Both myself and my wife have one and they are reasonably priced compared to JB and Justis cases, although I heard Swift if reasonable as well.

Here is a pic of the inside of mine, its a tube style and the shafts fit either way, which I keep my tips up to help lessen bluing on my shafts. The top has real lambs wool for some added cushion and the bottom has a thick piece of foam with a piece of leather over it to protect the other end.

Garth is a great guy and easy to deal with. Give him a call.

A Cue Ball is 2-1/4" Wide, so you need a TRUE CUSTOM CASE!
