custom cases, let me know what u think

That is my case pictured on the first page. I sent it back to him 2 and a half weeks ago with some changes I wanted made to it. I didn't want the shoulder strap tooled and I didn't want tooling aroung the lid and a couple of other very small things. He said he could fix all of that in day. That was 2 and a half weeks ago. I just emailed him and told him if my case is not here by saturday then go ahead and refund my money. I have all of the emails between us and if he wants to keep his customers he might not want me to post them. Not bashing him or trying to make anyone nervous, just giving a heads up to him and everyone. I know he's busy but he should have thought ahead before biting off more than he can chew.

I called Chaz at work (it's 1am here) and he says your case is ready to ship tomorrow (Friday).

Up to you Bubba, your case or your money back. Lemme know. I'll stand good for it.

And I know this is the internet, and we're all steely eyed, champion speed killers on our soap box, but it'd be really cool if you'd spend this much effort with a positive review of his customer service once you've decided. Fair Enough?

I would like my case. It's as if you're coming after me or something. It's like I told him. I've never once in the 7 weeks I've waited on this case bash him, cuss him, or threatin him. I'm just merely stating that I know he is busy but if he's going to tell me, or anyone for that matter, that the case will take a certain time to finish, then honor it. All I've heard is that he works and does these cases, he just finished the military and does these cases, he's having problems with his car and he does these cases. Step up and say "yes, I have taken on more than I can handle". My whole issue from the start is that he says the case will be finished in a week. Two weeks later, no case. And when I email him I get chastised for being impatient. When I post a concern, not a threat, not a bash, a concern. I get guilt trips for being impatient. I just want my case. Like I want it. If he can't honor that, refund my money. I don't want any t-shirts or explanations. I know he's a good dude. I've talked to him several times on the phone and texts. When you get your mouth off his teet then tell him to please send me tracking info. Thanks, Brain.

I didn't mean to be rude. It looked like I was being attacked. I would really like my case. Please ship it friday. Hopefully everything is like I wanted it.
 
i just deleted my longer response.......this is what i will say. the agreed amount and payment time frame by the end of feb was not met. this was your fault and i let the $25 slide. im not going to get into an online debate with u. you know my phone number. if yould like your money back then say i want my money back. dont threaten me on the internet, at least do it over the phone :o). it has been graciously offered it to you. anyways....your case will be in the mail today. and in the "final email" i did put a black interior instead of red, if u want i can ship you tubes with red tuesday if u feel able to pull the tubes out and insert the red ones, it is a tight fit and takes some technique. on the other hand it did not say anywhere that you wanted no tooling on the handle, strap or lid. but im done with the finger pointing and let me know what i can do if u need anything besides your case being mailed out today. preferrably over the phone. an email just sits in my inbox till the end of the day and phone calls are quicker.

I think Chaz has already talked to you, I'm pretty sure he got things done on your case this afternoon (Monday) and is shipping.

Yea, Chaz needs to learn the holster maker trick. . .quote 12 weeks to build after you wait your turn on his list! Then you are thrilled to get it a week early!

I totally agree with this....I have talked to Chaz and he is a great guy.....but with someone else butting in and speaking for chaz and chewing other people out.....I might want to just wait on ordering anything just yet...and let all this wash over...Id hate to ask a question and get the 5th degree from someone that really has no buisiness commenting for someone else.......Let the flames begin:thumbup:
