Custom veneer question

Hi,

Don't know if this question was asked or ever asked, I'm getting a custom cue and undecided on what color points/veneers I want. It was recommended to me to get some colored pencils/crayons/markers to play around with it. Besides that, is there a website that lets u play around with a color combo? Almost like building ur cue online.
 
The Jacoby site is pretty cool in that it at least lets you pick basic colors for your veneers. I don't have a way to do that on my site, but I have nearly 50 colors of veneer on my site in different thicknesses. I have posted some photos to see what different colors look like in cues, too. Seeing what's available may help you get some ideas.
 
Go to the mall and look at mens ties. You will be surprised at how the stripes look like veneers, and the color combinations are endless.. It will at least give you an idea what you like and dislike..
 
You can also cruise the cue gallery and the "for sale" forum here on AZB. Tons of pictures right here at home.:smile:
 
I think looking at the cue galery or the wanted to sale section is a really good place to start. A computer generated picture cant hold a flame to how quality veneer shimmers in the right light.
