Dave, IMO you should set a new policy of only taking payment once the customer gets the cue. That has saved many cuemakers a TON of grief in the past.

How is his problem mine? I didn't go after him over his heart issue. He tried to throw it in my face like I should feel bad over adding levity to another shitty confrontation he tried to start up. I made jokes about praying to L Ron Hubbard, and he tried to pretend it was personal because he likely makes shitty decisions about his health and reaps the consequences.

That said, I'm glad you're laughing. I think people should laugh more often, and I'm ok if you want to make it at my expense.

it just crosses the line when you start making personal attacks, it doesn't matter the target. not to mention it makes you look silly and classless. just my $.02, be well.

For the record Rex is the only one I've ever owed a refund. And it has always been the same. He would get his refund when his cue sells. That's the consequence he has for canceling his order. I tried to talk him out of it but that's what he wanted. My policy has always been the same. I have posted it many times. Refund when cue sells less the difference.

I have said it already. I did handle myself poorly. I apologize a great deal. That I am guilty of. So I am sorry. However I was backed into a corner being called a thief when it never was my intention to rip anyone off. I fell behind. Bottom line. And I have always said I will make everyone happy it will just take time. That's the best I can do.
