Yup.
And adults with ADHD are usually the most argumentative people.
A lot of them are relegated to being a ahole all of their lives.
They can't help it.
Most of them are undiagnosed of course.
My sister works with a lady whose husband has ADHD.
He's a great chef but he had to quit working.

Hey Joey,

You want to take backhand slaps, that's fine. At least I know where your mentality lies and the fact that you can't back up your RIDICULOUS claims.

Argumentative only applies to you I guess because I actually called you out and asked you to defend your claims. There are words for that too but I don't need to go there because you have already proven your worth and knowledge.

Like I said before, I am damn good at reading between the lines and you are just awful at trying to be discreet.

Best of luck peddling your SP's. Hopefully one day you will be able to sell them based on merit and not by knocking others to get a sale.

Nuff said I guess. This is only going in one direction with no real substance.

Maybe someday some professional will win a major tournament with a Joey cue but I seriously doubt it. Meucci on the other hand speaks for itself with the number of pro tournaments they have won.

Muecci cues don't win the tournaments, the players do.

Allison Fisher and Earl Strickland both use Cuetec cues and both are champions but I don't see many people running out and buying Cuetec cues up thinking it'll change thier game and make them world champions.

And a lot of times the cues have been modified...maybe Mr. Varney can enlighten us to the enhancements on Allison's cue.

Just because a cue company pays champions to use thier cues doesn't mean they are good cues.

What would be more telling is how many pro players who aren't sponsored, who can use any cue they choose, are using a Muecci cue. Not many if any I believe.

And it's funny how you're asking for a definition or scientific data on "whippiness" - yet anyone who's ever played with a Muecci knows exactly what someone means when they say it.

And personally, I like Muecci cues back in the hey day when they were sponsoring players and when there weren't very many cue companies around. I just don't think the new ones being produced are at that same level.

I completely agree on all counts except the whippiness part. I just played with two separate Meucci's and 3 different shafts and could not tell you what whippy means.

Anyway, I'm done. My original questions will never be answered and that was the reason for my posts.

I will say it again, and it kind of goes hand in hand with your last statement, one of the greatest playing cues I have ever used was an older Meucci Original. I have no problem admitting that the quality is not the same but to say they are whippy and play like wet noodles, I just don't see it and feel it should be backed up with something of substance.

I have owned 2 Meucci cues, 1 I had in 1992(not sure what year it was made), and the other was a black dot SE14, made in 2004. Neither of them was whippy, and as a matter of fact, the black dot hit very, very hard(not whippy at all). The SE 14, had the usuall meucci flaws, but imo, meucci cues have great playability(the rest may be lacking).

Now if you want to talk about what I would consider whippy, I have played with a 70's palmer that after you struck the cue ball the shaft would vibrate for about 15 seconds! That cue would put a ton of spin(follow) on the cue ball, but I had a harder time drawing the ball with it. The shaft was the most flexible I have ever seen. Meucci couldn't hold it's jock in the flexibility dept..
