Dale teague new cue

I am confused and may learn something new here. Here is my question/scenario. So its winter and Scott Frost is here in Arizona and its 75-80 degrees and he wants to go play Turning Stone where it is snowing. Does he not take his cue or not go to the tourney for fear his cue will warp on the plane?

If you want your cues or your money back then I suggest you stop writing things in a public forum that could hurt a court case............

Right now you have a open and shut case if you filed in small claims court.....
Take him to court and bypass all the he said she said BS and sue his ass.........
Doesn't make any difference what there health is they still cashed the check.. money order of bank draft right...

Everything both of you say in this forum can be use a evidence in small claims court.
Point blank STOP writing anything on this subject and file a claim in small claims court........You will win hands down, if you don't slander this guy to the point the judge thinks you deserve to pay for your mistakes too.............
Right now if you cool your jets you can win, if you don't he will counter sue for slander and could possibly win.... if you don't stop talking about this transaction on a public forum.

I called dale about my cue............he told me to go f**k myself................he made it clear kevin an i will never see the cues we paid for........joey

Well, it was mailed on the 17th, 2 day priority mail, and it arrived today at 6:47pm according to USPS tracking. Only 8 days for 2 day priority ?? WTF is wrong with the post office.

Now, if OP can confirm delivery and the cue is still in one piece,,, ok, maybe 2 pieces ;)
